How does pickup work?
We collect you from your hotel lobby in Medina. Your guide confirms the exact time the day before on WhatsApp and calls you on arrival.
How do I pay?
Not through the website. After you send a request, your guide contacts you on WhatsApp to confirm the price and arrange payment directly.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your tour starts. Inside 24 hours, contact us on WhatsApp and we will do what we can.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, at no extra cost. Tell us the child’s age when booking so we fit the right seat.
Are the tours suitable for guests with limited mobility?
Tell us your needs when booking. We plan the route and vehicle around them, and we will be straightforward about what is and is not possible.
What language is the tour in?
Arabic, English, and Urdu. Choose your preferred language when booking and we will do our best to match a guide who speaks it, confirming on WhatsApp.

How long does a Madinah Ziyarat tour take?
Duration depends on the tour you choose. Our tours range from 2 to 8 hours, with stops at each Ziyarat site. Longer tours cover more sites and allow more time for prayer and exploration.

Can I do Madinah Ziyarat with a private car?
Yes, all our tours include a private car with driver and licensed guide. You get hotel pickup and drop-off, with the vehicle exclusively for your group throughout the tour.
Is Quba Mosque open for visitors?
Yes, Quba Mosque is open to visitors daily. The best times to visit are early morning after Fajr or between Asr and Maghrib to avoid crowds. There is a designated women's prayer area with its own entrance.
What is the history of Mount Uhud?
Mount Uhud is the site of the Battle of Uhud in the 3rd year after hijra, where the Prophet ﷺ was wounded and seventy companions were martyred. The site includes the martyrs' cemetery and the Archers' Hill, offering important historical lessons.
What are the Seven Mosques in Madinah?
The Seven Mosques are a group of mosques at the site where the trench was dug, including Al-Fath Mosque, Salman Al-Farsi Mosque, Abu Bakr Mosque, Umar Mosque, Ali Mosque, Fatimah Mosque, and the Quba Mosque. Historically connected to the Battle of the Trench.
