How does pickup work?

We collect you from your hotel lobby in Medina. Your guide confirms the exact time the day before on WhatsApp and calls you on arrival.

How do I pay?

Not through the website. After you send a request, your guide contacts you on WhatsApp to confirm the price and arrange payment directly.

What is the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your tour starts. Inside 24 hours, contact us on WhatsApp and we will do what we can.

Do you have child seats?

Yes, at no extra cost. Tell us the child’s age when booking so we fit the right seat.

Are the tours suitable for guests with limited mobility?

Tell us your needs when booking. We plan the route and vehicle around them, and we will be straightforward about what is and is not possible.

What language is the tour in?

Arabic and English. Choose your preferred language when booking and we will do our best to match a guide who speaks it, confirming on WhatsApp.

Basic Madinah Tour

How long does it take?

Approximately 2 to 3 hours, depending on how long you want at each site.

Which languages does the guide speak?

Arabic, English and Urdu. Tell us your preference when booking.

Is this suitable for older guests?

Yes. The car takes you to each site and walking distances are short.

Madinah Heritage Tour – Full Experience

How long does it take?

Approximately 3 to 4 hours. It is our fullest itinerary.

How is this different from the Basic tour?

The Basic tour covers the four main landmarks. This adds the farms, the wells, the Hejaz Railway and several more mosques.

Can we shorten it on the day?

Yes. Tell your guide and the route adapts around what matters most to you.

Madinah Shopping & Leisure Tour

How long does it take?

Approximately 4 to 5 hours, at a deliberately relaxed pace.

Is the meal included in the price?

The visit is. What you order is not — your guide will recommend and you pay directly.

Is it good for children?

Very. It is the most varied tour and the least walking-heavy.
